Finance: Balance $500. Bills to pay, PO Box, August meeting

DEC: Set up for a 2 day event October31-Nov 1as of now. Can do a low risk event (Saturday only) Sponsors should be fine. Deadline is September 30.

SEC: October 31 Chilli cook-off. September 26 Castle in the Clouds drive 9am at Cinimagic in Hooksett. Dave did get the insurance.

There was a discussion on the cost of the profile.

Bavauto is not having the Show and Shine event this year. Decided to do a cars and coffee at Redline diner and a trip to Bavauto.
