White Mountain Chapter primary and assoicate members (only), can electronically submit their votes for White Mountain Chapter 2019 Board members and bylaw amendment. These votes will be validated and included in with the hand votes cast at the December 10th, 2018 Board/Membership Meeting, when the polls close and the results are tabulated.

To electronically vote, you must follow a three step process. The FIRST step is registration, where you fill out the form below. Be sure to use your name as it appears on the mailing label. If your member info is on file, you will be able to immediately proceed to step two, filling out the ballot. If your info is not on file (or cannot be matched), you will receive an e-mail with a voting authorization code to use for ballot. For members that have provided a valid e-mail address to National prior to the polls opening, we'll try to pre-register you and send an e-mail with a special web page link that takes you directly to step two.

The SECOND step is to fill out the ballot, making your candidate selections. The THIRD step is to finalize your vote, recording it in the system. Your MUST complete this third step, for your vote to be counted. If you provide a valid e-mail address here at registration or are pre-registered, a vote confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your recorded selections.
